5+ years of related technical engineering experience

8+ years technical engineering experience

OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience

OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience

Knowledge of Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) architecture, Central Processing Unit (CPU) design, Coherency and ARM peripherals

5+ years of Register-transfer level (RTL) design and/or architecture experience.

Good project management skills and ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects during development and production stages.

BS (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field. MS or PHD preferred.

Deep understanding and hands-on experience in theoretical and practical Reliability concepts as it relates to high-tech electronic enterprise and consumer products.

Hands-on experience with Reliability demonstration & testing along with accelerated life methods for components, subassemblies, and complete products.

Good verbal and writing skills as well as the ability to communicate at a high level.

ASQ certification is desired but not a must.

Supplier and OSAT Management and contract negotiation.

Bachelor's degree in electrical/communications engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering or foundry process operations, preferably in high-volume wireless SoC devices manufacturing.

Collaborate to define and execute semiconductor customized product qualification plans (similar to AEC-Q100).

Work with the packaging team to design qualification plans and board level reliability analyses.

Set limits for test plans used for pre-/post-qualification lots.
