Senior Service Repair Technician Jobs

Performs oil changes and other basic services at the direction of the Shop Manager or Store Manager.

Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Manager or Store Manager.

1-3 years of previous experience required

What Skills & Experiences You Will Need

At least 10 years of Service Engineering, Repair Product Planning, or similar experience at an OEM or automotive aftermarket supplier

Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail

A minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on work experience in an automotive workshop environment (independent shop or dealership)

Automotive industry or Tech start-up experience

Experience with Vehicle and/or Parts Logistics – importing, customs, warehousing

Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

Constructs, maintains, and tests mechanical equipment, machinery, and components

Identifies parts for replacement and machines that need new parts and places orders as necessary

A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

Demonstrate knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools, analog/digital test equipment and CCTV testing devices

Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management

What Knowledge And Skills Are Required

Provide phone and on-line remote diagnostic support

5+ years of field experience

Responsibilitiesare as needed and include:

Mustunderstand plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment,

Define, develop, implement, and manage the processing of Launch Package flight hardware at the launch site

5+ years’ experience working on space flight and/or military hardware

5+ years’ experience with electrical and/or instrumentation test equipment

5+ years’ experience reading, understanding, and interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications

5+ years’ experience using basic Microsoft Office and office computing systems

5+ years’ experience with electrical/electronic troubleshooting, routing, splicing, connectors, bundle dressing, etc.

Monitor and track monthly sales for service and repair department and reports statistics to management
