Senior Research Program Coordinator Jobs

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail

Able to navigate Project Management software to include:

Observing Monday each week to attend internal Team meetings (reporting to the central office or remotely as applicable)

Possessing the written communication skills to provide the status of an assignment or completion of task

Technical training and experience or bachelor’s degree in related provider preferred

At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related environment

2 years prior experience in education or a field related to counseling or customer service.

Excellent negotiation, decision making, and time management competence.

Reviews student health records including health assessment and immunization records to meet hospital requirements.

Uses the Banner, Salesforce, and performs general data entry procedures on all University.

Assesses the accuracy and completeness of Clinical Clerkship Evaluation Forms received.

Documents appropriate procedures, instructions, and rules to share knowledge and create standards for operations at affiliated training site.

Minimum of 1+ years of work experience in research and/or data analysis and management required

Demonstrated experience with large data sets and data management

Support in efforts related to the ATLAS data system and databases. Collaborate with technical staff on effective, long-term data management processes.

Support in the tracking and resolution of any data management issues as needed.

Knowledge of data visualization software Power BI preferred but not required

Strong oral and written communication skills

(4) Knowledge of and/or experience with IRB amendments, human subjects protection issues, and/or aging-related research

(5) Develop a plan to improve the outreach, education, and interaction strategies of the Branch/Division.

(3) Knowledge of NIH funding mechanisms and research agreements preferred

(7) Research and assemble outlines of new milestone proposals for evaluation by staff.

(11) Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, notes, and background information, and coordinate follow-up as needed

(1) Master’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Health Services, or related behavioral or social science discipline

4+ years of related work experience required; a combination of education and work experience may be considered

Working closely with Co-PIs (Drs. Yonatan Grad and Caroine Buckee) and Sr. Strategic Programs Manager to achieve progress toward contract deliverables

Serving as backup point of contact for Sr. Strategic Programs Manager

Experience organizing events, conferences, and meetings

High level of professionalism with outstanding interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including skills with cross-cultural communication

Experience working in clinical research, preferably as a clinical research coordinator/manager, including research consenting and management of protocol requirements preferred.

Strong analytic and computer skills in addition to knowledge of word processing, database management and spreadsheet software.

Experience working with data collection, database management, and preparation of research reports preferred. Experience designing research data collection tools preferred.

Additional experience with patient care or clinical research may substitute for the minimum education requirement.

Knowledge of SPSS, RedCap and/or other database management and analytics software preferred.

Six (6) years of experience working with patient care processes, as a clinician, researcher or professional in a clinical support service.

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Coordination of strategic planning in collaboration with the Senior Program Manager, supervisor, or management team.
