Job Description

OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven strategy, market research, and Customer Experience (CX). We work with some of the world’s leading brands across various industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Hospitality, and Software. We help our clients better understand their customers, develop actionable insights, and improve business processes.


We are currently looking for aSenior Research Program Coordinator to support Comcast’s Research Team, specifically focusing on a dedicated, new product line. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development and execution of research and consumer insights, with a strong emphasis on consumer trials, usability testing, and related methodologies. As part of our high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a range of market research techniques while working closely with Comcast product lines. This position offers a unique chance to be exposed to the telecommunications industry and contribute to the success of our innovative product offerings.


This is a full time, remote position, working EST time zone.


Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Communicate with stakeholders and vendors to provide trial updates and solicit feedback regarding trial processes, procedures, and deliverables.
  • Trialist management including recruitment, product distribution coordination, incentive tracking and distribution, technical issue reporting and liaising, and longitudinal tracking and assessment of participants’ progress across multiple consumer trials.
  • Support the development and execution of consumer insight research projects.
  • Oversee project timelines, meetings, and logistics.
  • Managing multiple consumer trials including planning, execution, timelines, communication, logistics, and project and best practice documentation.
  • Handle research-related ad-hoc requests such as survey programming, testing, and fielding as needed.
  • Collaborate with business partners and team members to translate business questions into research designs and analytics plans.
  • Coordinate and manage quantitative and qualitative consumer trials including product testing, usability testing, survey design, and all research operations management.


Job requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in market research or project management - recent university graduates will be considered
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field from a top university. Masters degree - An advantage
  • Ability to learn new technological/analytical tools and methodologies quickly
  • Strong workflow and management skills including organization, time/project management, planning, and implementation
  • Familiarity with a survey programming tool such as Qualtrics, Decipher, or Survey Monkey
  • Capable of working both independently on projects and collaborating with a team
  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in survey-based market research, customer experience, data analysis (descriptive statistics) and statistical research concepts
  • Proficiency with a statistical package such as Stata, SPSS or “R” (An advantage)
  • Impeccable documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and requests with competing deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and adaptive problem-solving skills, ability to reprioritize and/or revise strategy and implementation efficiently and effectively across projects
  • Experience / familiarity with survey design and market research methods


Additional Information

The position is offered through OGC’s embedded expert program. It is a full-time work from home position working EST timezone. The position may require occasional work trips to the Philadelphia and Orlando areas.
