Senior Recruiter Team Lead Jobs in Arkansas

Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills.

Remote role, but must be based in Charlotte, NC, Greenville, SC, Charleston, SC, or Tampa, FL.

Conduct screening interviews to determine which candidates meet minimum qualifications.

Schedule all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

5-7 years minimum of full-cycle recruiting and/or staffing experience. Experience in IT recruiting is a plus.

Knowledgeable in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing talent.

Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate, identify and summarise relevant experience and hard and soft skills

Full training program delivered in all aspects of recruitment, IT, and account management
