Senior Project Specialist Jobs

Minimum of 5 years of project support experience. Additional 4 years of experience will substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Must have experience creating, reviewing, editing & formatting documents (e.g., proposals, manuals, presentations, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Coordinate project management, architectural and engineering design, construction, and move management tasks for multiple new facility and renovation projects.

Advanced computer skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

8-9+ years of experience with demonstrable knowledge of design/construction methodologies and processes with on-site experience.

A working understanding of budget and schedule management.

Manage a team of project managers and engage external support for more complex endeavors.

Must have knowledge of working with databases, data management systems, and/or tracking systems

Bachelor's degree OR 5 years of administrative or project assistant experience, electronic record keeping, managing, and organizing skills

Adobe Professional, data-management software, scanner, and copy machines

Experience drafting letters, reports, and agendas

Must have excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills

Must have excellent teamwork, filing, proofreading, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Implement firm Project Delivery processes including Quality Management Plan

Shared responsibility to coordinate risk management issues (potential claims)

Manage consultants including processing of consultant invoices

Requires application of diverse knowledge of design and discipline

Ability to successfully manage client relationships

Participate in the marketing strategy sessions regarding project fee proposals and goals
