Organize and catalog visual assets

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of presentation and information design, reflecting strong skills PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and InDesign

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with various deadlines

Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both digital and print media

2-4 years of experience working directly with senior staff and executives on critical projects with minimal supervision

2-4 professional experience in a marketing/graphic design role

BA or BS in Graphic/Visual Arts, HCI, or a related area/equivalent experience

Project management skills and WorkFront experience are preferred

Expert-level skills in PowerPoint with at least 6+ years of professional experience developing on-brand, highly creative presentations that tell a story

Visually articulating our products, offerings, and values within multiple brands that meet the needs of the business

Advanced skills in typography, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Strong analytic thinking with working knowledge of Excel and Word

Strong communication skills with an extremely keen eye for detail and accuracy

Bachelor’s degree in design, illustration, art, or closely related field

Proven expertise in PowerPoint presentations and design, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.

Conceptualize and execute visual elements, graphics, and infographics to enhance presentation content and convey complex ideas clearly.

Utilize your expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and information visualization to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand slides.

Own creative design for internal organizational SharePoint sites and ensure information is relevant, easy to understand, and regularly updated.

Degree in Design/Advertising ideal or equivalent combination of experience and education

Experience working on strategic cross-platform campaigns

Expert knowledge of Powerpoint and Keynote is a must

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications

2–4 years’ experience at an advertising agency or 5 years at a design studio, new business strongly preferred

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere

Expert knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint including experience providing onsite event presentation support

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in visual design, information architecture, color theory, and typography

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a graphic design related field, with strong emphasis on presentation design

Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and clients while being open to receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders

Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design or related field; or equivalent professional experience
