Senior Policy Strategy Analyst Jobs in Texas

3 years work experience in Sales, Revenue Management, frequent flyer programs, Network Planning, and/or Alliances

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training

Skills in strategic thinking and attention to detail

Strong communication and presentation skills, including building presentations for senior leadership and public speaking

Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, collaboration, and cultural awareness

Knowledge of data analysis tools – Tableau, SQL, Cognos

Professional experience in heat transfer, heat exchanger design, or thermal management, conceptual engineering and flowsheeting, and early-stage techno-economic evaluations.

BS/MS/MA with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 4+ years of experience in chemical/mechanical/aerospace engineering industry.

Experience utilizing process simulation tools such as ASPEN Plus.

Working knowledge in high temperature thermochemical energy conversion devices such as engine, reformer, reactor, burner, or combustors.

Experience with developing or managing research and development projects is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with training or experience in scientific/medical writing

Working knowledge of basic statistics

Ph.D. in biological sciences with 5+ years of post-doctoral experience in research or scientific/medical writing

• Maintain M&A pipeline tracking tools supporting status updates to executive management

• Previous finance and strategy experience in the industrials space

• 1-3 year(s) of experience in a strategic finance analyst role or similar

Experience in Revenue Management, Sales, or Finance

Owns and strengthens key relationships with major GDS partners (account management)

Manages all aspects of GDS/NDC budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training

Strong business acumen, including analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
