Senior Nonprofit Hr Specialist Jobs

Higher education (EDA) and/or nonprofit (NGO) experience is valued.

Define requirements in cooperation with team members

2 – 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Support client’s post-implementation with support related configuration requests of the Salesforce environment according to client specifications and support project budget.

Assist Managers in identifying and researching various client issues, and communicate regularly with clients and upper firm management

Extensive knowledge and experience with the preparation of tax returns

Apply strong technical tax accounting knowledge of exempt organizations on consulting and compliance engagements

3-5 years of public accounting experience

Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Excellent presentation and communication abilities

3-5 years of professional experience in talent management and administration functions.

Provide strategic guidance and coaching to managers on program design, employee relation practices, policies, performance management, employment laws, and promoting DEI.

Assist with recruiting efforts by collaborating with hiring managers in the interview process and aiding in candidate selection.

Nonprofit experience and community-based organization experience

Thorough knowledge of New York City, New York State, and federal employment laws/

SHRM Certification and/or an advanced degree is a plus
