Senior Licensing Designer Jobs

Cultivate and expand relationships with diverse partners to encourage data licensing and the adoption of Reddit's offerings.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, privacy, finance, and tax, to ensure holistic deal completion.

10+ years experience in partnerships and/or strategic business development, primarily within the data licensing industry.

Bachelors or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability.

Familiarity with license management applications such as OpenLM

Analytical mindset, experience mining and summarizing data from multiple sources

Direct experience in managing relationships and interfacing with biotech partners as an articulate communicator with strong negotiation skills

Sound knowledge of Oncology landscape (including targets and modalities), emerging science, the drug discovery process, industry trends and competitive practices

Working closely with the due diligence team to identify, summarize and mitigate project risks

Presenting potential deals to various internal governance bodies for concurrence and approval

Building, maintaining and leveraging a worldwide network of potential partners to create new portfolio opportunities

Passionate about therapies that can create a difference for patients

3-5 years experience designer experience, licensing/ collaboration experience required

Support the creative vision for the licensing business + product lines - design and development !

Hand illustration and comfortable modifying style guides and creating unique and custom art !

Understand the competitive product landscape and analyze product trends to ensure we are ahead of the curve

Prepare emerging trends and design presentations to leaders on new creative opportunities and licenses.

Create key campaigns across product lines working on color palettes and graphic direction
