As a Sales & Marketing Associate, your primary responsibilities include:

Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases

Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media

Display thorough knowledge of the property and industry trends in order to manage or anticipate financial gains/liabilities.

Confirm that new residents have received the Foulger-Pratt experience within 7 days of move-in.

Participates in weekly initiatives to ensure competitive pricing, marketing, advertisements and evaluating opportunities.

Perform inspections on all advertising sources for accuracy and completes Marketing Gut Check form monthly.

3-6 Months related training/experience or combination of education and experience

Ordering any needed office supplies with the approval of the Property Manager

Assuming daily operations of the property when Property Manager is not available

Completing all job-related tasks assigned by Property Manager or Property Supervisor

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Showing apartments to rental prospects and leasing to qualified applicants

Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the property's efficiency, profitability, and productivity

Reports To: Community Director (or Marketing Manager, if applicable)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Completes various accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
