Provide guidance and direction to management, staff, and instructors on the full range of training and education activities.

Advanced project management skills with the ability to plan and lead complex projects from inception to implementation.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide proactive recommendations and work with management to develop and implement these recommendations.

Excellent knowledge of learning theories and proven working experience in instructional design (full ADDIE lifecycle), learning technology, and managing learning programs.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR related training programs (e.g., compliance, onboarding, manager development, etc.).

Design, develop and implement instructional materials, training courses, curricula, and programs for USAC employees to ensure adequate skills and performance competencies.
