Senior International Accountant Jobs

Document processes and serve as an educational resource for standards development and method conformity assessment,

Maintain excellent customer relations and service with test kit companies and other AOAC Research Institute customers,

Oversee operations of the AOAC Research Institute and guide the programs and services it administers,

Facilitate reviews and track progress of AOAC Research Institute program submissions and projects,

Maintain databases of method conformity assessment meetings and their output,

Coordinate seamless discussion and facilitate actions and decisions of consensus (stakeholder) panels,

Experience working directly with designers, product managers, researchers, linguists, and other subject matter experts

Experience with multilingual, multicultural teams across various time zones is not required but is a huge plus.

Bachelor's Degree in English, Technical Communications, or equivalent professional experience in a related field

5+ years experience in technical or marketing writing, product documentation, or online publishing

At least 2+ years of in-product writing experience (UI, notifications, errors, tooltips, etc.)

An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered copy and content solutions

Assist in the preparation and completion of ad hoc management reporting

3-5 years of accounting experience, required

Major ERP system preferred, advanced Excel knowledge required

Auditing skills and ability to reconcile difficult accounts is a plus

Must have knowledge and understanding of IFRS

Must have Intercompany Accounting experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent organization and follow-up skills

Main point of contact for franchise partners regarding billing and collections

Research and resolve issues associated with billing & receivables on a timely basis

Identify areas of opportunity/weakness and recommend solutions for achieving optimal efficiency in a controlled environment

Maintain high level of productivity

Coordinate, prepare and analyze financial information and reports that provide insights for management in making Company decisions.

5 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles

5 or more years of experience with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP)

Broad experience working with John Deere's or other large multinational industry accounting processes

Experience in financial accounting or financial reporting assignments

Experience with integrated systems of internal controls and their relationship to disclosure and financial reporting
