Job Description The Senior Instructional Designer – Remote is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality instructional materials for a variety of learning environments. This position requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and multimedia development. The Senior Instructional Designer will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Skills Required
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with multimedia development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Captivate
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and development
• Experience with eLearning development tools and software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Knowledge of multimedia development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Captivate
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
Experience
