Incubate and launch our first internally-managed training center for practical medical training

Partner with key stakeholders across the business to strategically guide our Medical Training offerings

5-7 years of work experience in a high performing business

Preferred: Experience managing people and owning a P&L

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay Range: $100,000 to $150,000 salary per year depending on experience

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Senior Management as well as Plant Management.

We're looking for the following abilities and skills:

4 - 8+ years of related experience with a consumer-packaged goods background

Experience with baking cookie & cracker unit operations is preferred, co-manufacturing experience is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to details, communication and interpersonal skills.

(Monday & Friday work from home) & (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office)
