Senior Industrial Engineer Network Design Jobs in Ohio

7+ years of post-graduate, professional design experience. Ideally, some experience leading/mentoring designers.

Good mechanical and structural aptitude, and knowledge of various materials and their associated manufacturing processes.

Strong sketching and 2D communication skills

SolidWorks, OnShape, Rhino, Sketchbook Pro, Adobe skills are a big plus

Support designers to be the best that they can be.

Bring amazing aesthetic and technical solutions to rider’s needs.

Excellent interpersonal skills, decision-making, planning, project management and leadership skills

Experience with computer skills including MS Office, Autocad, SAP and Google.

Determine immediate and future manpower, tooling and equipment requirements/ working with external suppliers

Safety, ergonomic and quality requirements.

3+ years of experience with process improvement implementations (including all types of kaizens)

5+ years of Manufacturing experience
