Provide health and safety training to improve health knowledge and skills of early educators

Completion or willingness to complete the NC Child Care Health Consultant Course upon hire

Utilization Management and/or Case Management experience strongly preferred.

Performs annual and ad hoc delegation oversight audits and internal health plan functional unit audits.

5+ years of experience in operations management in a healthcare environment

Provides additional coordination, facilitation or other management support of key functional leaders as needed to support successful initiative completion

Experience with Medicaid and Medicare managed care

Management consulting, strategy or similar background

Manages multiple functions’ business readiness activities to support the implementation of new products, product expansions or large-scale initiatives

Guides Business Analyst(s) and operational leaders through the business requirement gathering process

Ability to lead personnel and management work

5+ years of experience in a consulting environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Visio

Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with a federal health care entity, including the DoD

Experience in private sector health care

Lead end-to-end project management for web experience initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

Strong experience in project management methodologies and tools, familiarity with Agile approach and Scrum methodology

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices, and the successful implementation of UX design principles throughout the experience build lifecycle.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams

Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams

Project and agency management, which requires strong skills in organization and time management

Working knowledge of new tools in digital experience and UX design

Lead the creation of information architectures and wireframes to visualize and communicate the user experience concepts

Translate global business requirements into UX/UI solutions, interpreting and integrating feedback from internal stakeholders

Experience in information architecture, wireframing, conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teams

Strong project management skills required

Provide direction, expectations and requirements to team engaged in assigned workstream(s)

Manage the development of deliverables across projects or workstreams to ensure final products meet or exceed industry standards and organizational expectations

Build and manage relationships with key executives and staff at the client site to ensure the success of the engagement

Contribute thought leadership to engagements and organizational knowledge to continually improve work products and enhance value

2-5 years of health care consulting experience preferred
