Health General Management Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Work across a wide array of health-specific government entities to study and understand the organizational mission, vision, value proposition, strategic focus areas, and stakeholder requirements. Apply new knowledge and conduct analyses to define, design, develop, and deploy solutions for organizational improvement. Leverage previous expertise and best practices to identify the client's most challenging issues and generate hypotheses to mitigate and resolve these issues. Improve, refine, and develop processes and integrate them into daily operations. Conduct benchmark analyses, develop conclusions, generate strategic recommendations, document findings, author client presentations, and ensure the timely and successful execution of deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Visio
• Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources and prioritize effectively
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way
• Ability to perform as an accurate, detail-oriented, and independent learner
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Ability to lead personnel and management work

Additional Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Experience with a federal health care entity, including the DoD
• Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, quantitative, and data gathering skills
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in private sector health care
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include writing and editing papers and other deliverables
• Experience leading a team in a consulting environment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
