Senior Grant Compliance Manager Jobs

Establish Compliance team processes and procedures, identify tools/solutions to support compliance team and meet compliance requirements.

·Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience

Experience with industry recognized compliance tools (e.g. BrandVerity, TheSearchMonitor) to review, uncover, investigate, and address non-compliant activity

·Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Lead and own all compliance activities and reporting for Shoplooks advertisers and networks.

Create, maintain, and disseminate compliance rules and guidelines to ensure 100% compliance.

Collaborates with management to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues identified during performance of GMP audits.

Develops and provides meaningful metrics and trends to Management.

Follows instructions and responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions.

Lead proactive evaluation and education of site GMP compliance against current and emerging regulatory trends.

Evaluate and manage proposed commitments to regulatory authorities/audit bodies in response to inspection/audit findings.

Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.

Support project and/or award management staff with the assessment and monitoring of sub-award recipients.

Strong problem-solving skills and qualitative and quantitative analysis capabilities.

Ability to learn and roll-out new systems and operating procedures. Previous experience in developing compliance tools, templates, and/or trainings desirable.

Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and convey complex information to diverse audiences.

4+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.

Minimum Qualifications & Transferable Skills

BA/S or equivalent experience in related field.

Demonstrated experience and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting, accounting systems, budget development and administration is required.

Effective verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational and prioritization skills as well as presentation skills are necessary.

Employment overseas and experience working for an NGO with high levels of USAID funding is strongly preferred.

Perform periodic compliance monitoring of specific procedures or areas related to country operations.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered for meeting minimum qualifications.

This position is designated as management position and is covered by the Trial Court Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.

Develops assessment and monitoring tools such as reporting site visit forms in tandem with Senior Grant Manager consistent with grantor requirements.

Advanced knowledge of state, federal, and non-governmental grant processes, and related requirements.

5+ years of related financial management experience (advanced education may count toward experience)

Excellent interpersonal and management skills with facility to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders

Advanced Excel skills required; experience using other accounting or financial software preferred

Draft and send gift acknowledgements; collaborate with members of Donor Relations team as appropriate

Assist in development and implementation of finance-related Program policies, procedures, and systems and revise as necessary

3+ years of grant administration experience preferred especially experience with NIH training grants
