About The Role
As the Senior Program Manager, Finance Operations (FinOps), you will work with leadership, technology, and operational teams to continuously improve key OTC processes, OTC operational performance, reporting and close processes. You will understand the business requirements and then ensure these can be implemented from a people, process, policy and technology perspective by working with technical teams to effectively design, develop, test and launch scalable solutions that address customer needs while meeting our high controllership standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and research financial and operational data to identify customer invoicing, payment, and cash collection trends; assemble and summarize data to effectively communicate findings to leadership.
  • Support financial close and reporting activities.
  • Design and deliver standard reporting and analytical tools to support Division leads, Operations Management and Executive Management using a variety of software and tools, including Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Datawarehouse and other financial planning software.
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement for collections and OTC mission critical projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • The position requires interaction with a wide variety of internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Develop and lead, through execution management and thought leadership, the management processes for new and existing customers.
  • Lead improvements to descriptive and actionable operational reporting, financial reporting, and workflows through automation
  • Create and manage templates and deliverables for Operational/Financial KPIs; identify methods to monitor performance against original assumptions; develop detective controls and predictive indicators.
  • Interpret large volumes of operational data, report on forecast accuracy.
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • 5 years of experience in a financial role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA or applicable professional designation
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), financial planning software, and related technologies
  • Experience with large databases with the ability to utilize data from various sources
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma management concepts and/or certifications
  • Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Salary Range: $115,000 – 145,000
