The Senior Employment Litigation Counsel must be knowledgeable in all areas of employment law and be able to effectively represent employers in a variety of legal proceedings. The Senior Employment Litigation Counsel will also be responsible for researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, and preparing for court proceedings.
