Overview The Senior Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters. This includes providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues, developing and implementing strategies to improve employee relations, and resolving employee relations issues. The Senior Employee Relations Partner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as Human Resources, Legal, and other departments. Detailed Job Description The Senior Employee Relations Partner will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. The Senior Employee Relations Partner will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee relations, such as employee engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and employee surveys. The Senior Employee Relations Partner will also be responsible for resolving employee relations issues, such as disputes, complaints, and grievances. The Senior Employee Relations Partner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as Human Resources, Legal, and other departments. Job Qualifications
