Independently analyzes and evaluates higher education grant programs.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience preferably in business administration or program management.

Practical knowledge of all aspects of portfolio management to help inform good decision-making.

Experience in project management, portfolio management, program management, financial management, financial reporting, non-profit or related industry, and/or business experience.

Implement general project coordination and management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, communications, and change management.

Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting, as well as regular portfolio review process.

Coordinate across teams and facilitate the accountability matrix

Experience with project management, preferably in an academic environment or healthcare institution.

Experience with quality improvement and organizational change management.

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in program management, program coordination, curriculum development or other relevant field.

Knowledge of current trends in the field of interprofessional education and practice.

Experience working with programs that have worked in an integrated fashion or are interdisciplinary.

Experience with instructional design and learning systems such as Catalyst and Canvas.
