2+ years of marketing compliance and regulatory support in the alternative investment management and/or private funds industry

Develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures for the marketing and offering of private fund investments, including foreign offerings

Demonstrated knowledge of the SEC Marketing Rule under the Investment Advisers Act

Broad understanding of investment fund compliance and regulatory requirements

Provide compliance support during the launch and closing of private investment funds process

Assist the fundraising operations team with developing RFPs, DDQs and marketing materials in compliance with federal and state securities laws
