The Senior Desktop Administrator will be responsible for developing and implementing desktop policies and procedures, as well as providing training and guidance to end users. The Senior Desktop Administrator will also be responsible for managing the desktop inventory and ensuring that the desktop environment is up-to-date with the latest software and hardware. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a desktop support role
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
• CompTIA A+ certification
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
