Build and enhance lab environments to support customer experience efforts and experiments

2+ years of experience working as a Data Center Analyst

Experience with rack and stack

Experience reading cable diagrams to switches

Experience in a data center preferred

Experience with data management and data analysis for operations and sales

Experience working with, reporting to, and presenting to upper management

Experience analyzing current customer footprint and new customer capacity

Experience collaborating with and providing data and tools to the sales team

Experience with Salesforce, as well as modern data analysis tools and techniques

Present findings and solutions to leadership including Managers, Directors, and VPs

With applicant’s knowledge of power and infrastructure, Senior Manager will also assist the Field Team with related projects.

Maintain proficiency in up-to-date technological developments in electrical power systems ( AC and DC), cable management systems and equipment infrastructure.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, certifications, or training

Know how to calculate/document power requirements for both data centers and Network installations and augmentations.

Manage and track internal space and power requests at hubs sites and colocation facilities.

Manage, track and optimize existing space and power inventory

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

3 years experience in IBM Power Systems platform.

Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer and internal ‘to do’ lists.

Provide computer operations documentation and checklists.

Responsible for continuous trouble free operation of computer systems.

 Excellent time management skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 Automation and support of all back-office operations including but not limited to project management, reporting

and analysis, metrics and KPIs, billing, onboarding and commissions management.

The position will collaborate with other teams including but not limited to supply, trading, finance, accounting, legal,

strong analytical skills, written and verbal skills, and works well under pressure.

 Design internal REST API to supply interface capabilities to internal front-end apps and other third-party users.

Strong business consulting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Package and present recommendations to executive and global management through a balance of quantitative analysis and qualitative outside-in perspectives

Identify (and answer!) critical operational questions, providing thoughtful, detail-oriented recommendations to leadership

Build a strong internal network of experts and resources to help drive effective change

Highly proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (we use Looker), and Excel

Proven ability to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results
