As part of the organization, and our growing team, you will be in a unique position to impact the future direction the company takes and be a real asset to Yseop growth in the US, supporting Yseop’s life-science Customers with clinical document automation.

You’ll report to the VP Customer Success based in New York and join a global, diverse and international team of Consultants, Project Managers and Customer Success Managers based both in Paris and New York City.

👩💻 Your mission

YSEOP has developed a unique solution that provides automated drafted analysis based on Clinical Study Data, and therefore enables to dramatically accelerate the production of the regulatory documents required for Drug submission.

YSEOP is opening a new position to support its Pharmaceutical clients during the implementation of YSEOP solution as well as supporting Clinical Studies production for submission.

YSEOP Clinical Data Analyst’s responsibilities include:

• Being solution-oriented and serve as a client advocate to YSEOP Product Management, Support, and Engineering to help drive toward successful and timely resolutions.
• Coordination between Medical Writers, Biostats, and technical teams to coordinate and support the preparation and submission of clinical documents
• Advocate best practices standards for Clinical data management.
• Configuration of YSEOP solution to generate accurate clinical analysis
• Clinical data analysis, mapping and transformation into YSEOP’s data model and format
• QC & Troubleshooting to deliver high-quality automated documents ready-to-use by Medical Writers.

You will develop an understanding of Yseop products and services to provide high value-add advice to Pharma customer stakeholders at all levels.

You will be managing a portfolio of US clients in the Pharma industry.

🧐 Your profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English required)
• 1+ year experience in a Contract-Research-Organization or Pharmaceutical company as a Statistician programmer, Clinical Data Manager, Clinical Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• Global knowledge of the clinical documents workflow that support Drug submission and pharmacovigilance processes
• Thorough knowledge of clinical data formats and modelization (SDTM, CDISC, ADaM), combining Functional and technical skills (Medical Writing, SAS programming, SQL,...)
• Have excellent listening, communication and presentation skills with strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, excels under pressure and is results-driven
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service, supporting and driving our customers’ business success.
• Must be willing to learn and adapt to new features and functionality with evolving products
