Broad understanding of the construction industry and contract language associated engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM)

Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting and associated financial models

Forecast and plan resource requirements

5+ years of experience in the health care industry

2+ years of experience with provider contracting including development of product pricing and utilizing financial modeling in making rate decisions

Experience working with large healthcare systems in the State of New York

In-depth knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS), DRGs, Ambulatory Surgery Center Groupers, etc.

Responsible for Vendor Management of early phase development to commercial Quality function to ensure appropriate and timely vendor qualification and maintenance

Experience with Vendor/Audit management in the GxP space

Experience using computerized systems including Electronic Document Management (eDMS), Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and Electronic Learning Management (eLMS)

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years experience working in vendor management, Operational Excellence and Bio/Pharma experience.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to vendor selection and oversight in one or more GxP areas

Maintains and manages risk-based model for management and quality oversight of GMP and GDP vendors

Extensive knowledge of funding sources and associated requirements and regulations.

8+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting.

Prior experience with inter-company transactions, consolidations, and statement of cash flows preparation is required

Public accounting, SEC Reporting, NetSuite experience a plus

A minimum of a BS/BA is required. A degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Sales & Marketing is preferred.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Contracting & Pricing or related business experience within J&J or medical devices.

Excellent communication skills including giving presentations to executive leadership, building and maintaining relationships at all levels in the organization is required.
