Senior Continuous Improvement Program Manager Jobs

Minimum 5 years of total project/program management or leadership experience.

Excellent organizational, project management, change management and analytical skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio (or similar).

Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

2+ years experience dedicated to coaching CI practitioners and leaders and leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with leadership to define process goals and develop quality measures and process indicators.

Highly refined communication skills, with the ability to speak both to software developers and executive stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, communication, change management skills, and the ability to influence across levels and areas of the business

Experience in technology or methodology trends across the industry

Ability to manage challenges with global program deployment in multiple regions, time zones, cultures, and languages.

Community of Practice – Facilitate COPs to identify needs and jointly drive continuous improvement

Willingness to travel up to 75%

Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions/presentations.

Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.

3-5+ Years experience in insurance industry and/or continuous improvement that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)

Drive formal education & certification plan. Report progress weekly/monthly

Lean Sigma or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable though not a requirement

Developing problem-solving skills of field teams,

4+ years of experience in creating design change request to engineering for product, process and operation improvement.
