What You'll Do


Our Process Transformation team truly believes that it’s about the process, not the people. We strive every day to improve systems and processes to ensure that our amazing employees can do their best work! We are in the midst of an org-wide Business Process Management program deployment to drive continuous performance and quality improvements. The Continuous Improvement Program Lead will engage stakeholders and employees at all levels of the organization as they lead BPM/CI deployment activities, drive change management, and educate!

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 2-3 days a week


Annual Bonus Potential: 6% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.


Base Salary (depending on experience): $85,000-$115,000


  • Lead and/or coach leaders and continuous improvement staff in execution of cross-functional improvement projects to achieve measurable results.
  • Support transformational initiatives through process documentation, gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating project conversations with stakeholders, and aligning solution design and build to documented requirements and process vision.
  • Serve as trainer, mentor and evangelist for business process management and continuous improvement skills across the business, including leading an emerging Lean community of practice.
  • Functions as System Administrator for BusinessOptix BPM software solution, including driving ongoing feature development to meet current and future business needs.
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.
  • Participate in change management by assessing the ability of impacted stakeholders and users to absorb changes to processes, products, and technologies and suggesting activities to increase adoption.
  • Support the implementation of an org-wide business process management (BPM) program and function by documenting key business processes, establishing process ownership, and educating process owners and managers to use a variety of tools and systemic (lean) methodologies to continuously assess, manage and improve their processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with Leaders across the business to prioritize key business processes & engage their teams to execute planned reviews.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.


What You Bring


  • Minimum 5 years of total project/program management or leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with Automation and Process Improvement tools desirable, such as Microsoft FLOW.
  • 2+ years experience dedicated to coaching CI practitioners and leaders and leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, change management and analytical skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio (or similar).
  • A toolkit of business optimization and process improvement tools drawing from lean, six sigma, TQM, TMS, or other established methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with leadership to define process goals and develop quality measures and process indicators.
  • Highly refined communication skills, with the ability to speak both to software developers and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability and excitement to lead projects and workshops with SMEs such as Kaizens and gemba walks to create processes where none exist, improve those that do, and gain expected efficiencies.
