Senior Hr Compensation Systems Analyst Jobs in Indiana

Communication: Communicates compensation changes, policies and guidelines to associates and management

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; HRIS experience a plus

Bachelor's degree (HR, business, finance, accounting preferred) or related experience

3-5 year compensation experience and 5-7 years total corporate experience

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail

Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic skills

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment

Proven experience with compensation analysis and total rewards

Forecasting and presenting proposals to People Team and Finance Leadership

The ability to effectively analyze data and provide actionable reports

Researching, analyzing, evaluating and administering the company's Total Rewards programs
