Overview Senior Care Managers are responsible for providing comprehensive care management services to seniors and their families. Senior Care Managers are responsible for assessing the needs of seniors and their families, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring the progress of seniors. Detailed Job Description Senior Care Managers are responsible for providing comprehensive care management services to seniors and their families. They assess the needs of seniors and their families, develop and implement care plans, and monitor the progress of seniors. Senior Care Managers coordinate and manage the care of seniors in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home health care. They also provide support and guidance to families and caregivers. Senior Care Managers may also be responsible for providing education and training to staff and families. Job Skills Required
