Detailed Job Description The Senior Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of employee benefits programs. This includes researching, developing, and implementing new benefits programs, as well as maintaining and updating existing programs. They are responsible for ensuring that all benefits programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and that they are administered in a timely and efficient manner. They also provide support to employees and managers in understanding and utilizing the benefits programs. The Senior Benefits Coordinator is also responsible for managing the budget for the benefits programs, and for ensuring that all benefits are administered in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
