Lead, mentor, and upskill our growing team of sourcers (tech and non-tech) by providing performance feedback, career development, and coaching.

Define and launch our DEI sourcing strategy, methods and success metrics to ensure they align with our DEI Program Manager’s strategy.

Partner globally with Recruiting Managers on cohesion across all sourcing and recruiting including accounting for nuances in an international landscape.

Instill a culture of positive candidate experience.

Experience sourcing for a wide array of technology, business, corporate and/or sales roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions.

Knowledge of diversity strategies, partnerships, and tools in the tech space.

Manage and maintain labeling documents in document management systems; Manage label review and approval

Manage and maintain Change Control records in support of labeling activities

Ensure labeling is in accordance with all current regional regulatory regulation, guidance and requirements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the end-to-end labeling process, including excellent proofreading / editing skills and compiling supportive documentation

May be assigned additional responsibilities, as deemed necessary

>5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical labeling environment

Minimum 3 years relevant tax experience with a national accounting firm or equivalent Industry experience;

Experience in preparing individual tax returns;

Adept at managing client engagements with excellent customer service skills;

Review tax equalization policies and implement processes;

Review assignment letters and agreements for tax language and provide advice to customers regarding best practices;

Advise on U.S. payroll reporting (hypothetical tax, equity reporting etc.);

Strong organizational and project management skills

Support the Sourcing Manager in the Product Partner Matrix process

Partner with Manager to communicate action plans with Agents/Product Partners

Track, report and manage agent/factory performance

Execute, manage and report on production, resolve any issues to ensure on-time delivery

Perform other duties assigned by manager
