Collect market intelligence on loyalty trends and across competitors to identify gaps and opportunities to improve capabilities

Experience in CRM and/or loyalty space and managing complex initiatives

Experience using Tableau and SQL is a plus.

Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics a plus.

Experience with KORE Software is a plus

Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Execute ongoing release management to ensure an informed, efficient and confident user base

Maintain the customer relationship management tool

Drive adoption and business benefits through day to day support, training and engagement with the Global user community

Provide front-line business process support across the entire Sales lifecycle leveraging best practices and facilitating enhanced business metrics across multiple platforms

Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively

Own the release communication planning, execution, success definition, measurement and post implementation efforts

Demonstrated familiarity with campaign management tools and/or an ESP a strong plus.

Manage email production process end-to-end through ideation hand-off to design, email build and scheduling, segmentation, and deployment.

0-3 years of digital marketing experience in the e-commerce industry.

Strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Word is a must.

Strong organizational and presentation skills.

Experience compiling, analyzing and tracking data to aid in decision making.

Experience with report and dashboard creation, data administration, and campaign management.

Organize day-to-day administration of CRM platforms, including sales campaign setup, user and license management, data manipulation, and system maintenance.

Create additional CRM reports and dashboards for individual rep performance, and overall data management.

Champion the benefits of CRM utilization throughout the organization. Proactively research and develop creative solutions for CRM issues or adoption obstacles.

Maintain well-versed knowledge of latest CRM technology trends, third-party tools, and enterprise applications.

At least 2 years of related professional work experience in CRM, preferably utilizing Salesforce.

-Between 5-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst

-Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal

-Previously participated in a CRM implementation or large enterprise platform implementation (ERP or Maintenance, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce)

-Bachelor's Degree in related field

-Must comfortable leading meetings, presenting to stakeholders (in various internal departments)
