The Opportunity
- Support the rest of Business Strategy & Analytics team on all things CRM data and related points of connectivity.
- Provide an ROI-focused mentality to how the organize best utilizes CRM and can grow revenue.
- Develop, lead, and maintain continuous CRM training program for Ticket Sales & Service department.
- Organize day-to-day administration of CRM platforms, including sales campaign setup, user and license management, data manipulation, and system maintenance.
- Utilize CRM to inform sales and marketing strategies, such as through fan data capture best practices, advanced customer journeys, and efficient processes to convert new fans into buyers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Analyze ongoing sales campaign performance and clearly articulate insights on continued engagement efforts.
- Coordinate integration of CRM with other platforms such as data warehouse, marketing tools, and lead scoring.
- Create additional CRM reports and dashboards for individual rep performance, and overall data management.
- Maintain well-versed knowledge of latest CRM technology trends, third-party tools, and enterprise applications.
- Champion the benefits of CRM utilization throughout the organization. Proactively research and develop creative solutions for CRM issues or adoption obstacles.
- Strong communicator who feels comfortable presenting data and training non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Technology, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of related professional work experience in CRM, preferably utilizing Salesforce.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI / data visualization platforms.
- Experience with SQL and best practices for database strategy.
- Understanding of tools used in the sports business landscape, such as Ticketmaster, KORE Software, etc.
- Experience with report and dashboard creation, data administration, and campaign management.
- Detailed experience working with Ticketmaster’s Archtics platform and KORE Software’s Ticketing Module.
- At least 3 years utilizing Salesforce CRM in a sports organization.
- Familiarity with latest trends in sports business technology and innovation.
- Advanced degree in business or related quantitative field.
