Seeking Entry Level Event Manager Jobs

Strong organizational and time management skills.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues

Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time

Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service

Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details

Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management

Bachelors in Business Management, Accounting, Communications or related fields

Responsibilities of a Charity Event Manager:

Collaborate with management to develop new ways to boost our charity partner's fundraising efforts through on-site events and marketing.

Ability to manage multiple activities, as well as strong time management and organization

Outstanding organizational and communication abilities

Assist in the day-to-day planning and execution of fundraising initiatives.

Effectively communicate the critical message of our charity partner to potential donors.

Examine previous fundraising efforts' success.

Collaborate with management to develop new ways to boost our charity partner's fundraising efforts through on-site events and marketing.

Manage all medical equipment to ensure proper maintenance by performing quality control checks, preventative maintenance, cleaning/sterilizing techniques, and delivery/pickup preparation

Demonstrate knowledge of inventory and receiving modules by inspecting and verifying the accuracy of all inbound/outbound equipment

One-year supply warehousing experience and/or experience driving a box truck preferred.

Two years of experience with logistics or in dispatching buses, taxis, or Less-Than-Load (LTL) freight preferred.

60k salary to start, phased over to a salary + commission plan if successfully pass trainee period.
