Job Description
We are a growing company that specializes in organizing community outreach events for our charitable partners. Because of our team's reputation for giving back to the community and supporting our charity partners, there was an immediate demand for us to expand our services in the local area. We are expanding quickly and are looking for an Entry Level Charity Event Manager to join our team.


The Entry Level Charity Event Manager's primary responsibilities include organizing fundraising events and encouraging donor support through promotional efforts. This candidate will also assist our organization in broadening the reach of our charity partners throughout the local region, with a focus on obtaining donations through community events.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the day-to-day planning and execution of fundraising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new ways to boost our charity partner's fundraising efforts through on-site events and marketing.
  • Teach new employees about fundraising processes and techniques.
  • Effectively communicate the critical message of our charity partner to potential donors.
  • Keep donor information records.
  • Examine previous fundraising efforts' success.


Required knowledge and experience include:


  • Knowing the basics of marketing campaigns and promotional events
  • A track record of developing, improving, and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, as well as strong time management and organization
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic, and challenging environment.
