Overview A Security Officer Full Time Day Shift is responsible for providing security services to a variety of clients. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safety and security of the client’s premises. Detailed Job Description The Security Officer Full Time Day Shift is responsible for providing security services to a variety of clients. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safety and security of the client’s premises. The Security Officer will patrol the premises, monitor security cameras, respond to alarms, and investigate suspicious activity. The Security Officer will also be responsible for writing reports, maintaining records, and providing customer service. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Knowledge of security systems and procedures
• Ability to observe and detect suspicious activity
• Ability to write reports and maintain records
• Ability to provide customer service
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Security guard certification
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of security systems and procedures
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures
Job Experience
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement
• Previous experience in customer service
