Evaluate all program documents, resolve all System Security issues, and coordinate with system assurance manager to analyze all related requirements.

Coordinate with management staff to analyze and identify all risks and prepare reports.

Knowledge of or experience with any of the following: microelectronics, Cybersecurity, and/or System-Theoretic Process Analysis for Security (STPA-Sec)

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications, or Special Requirements:

TCIC/NCIC Certification must be obtained within six (6) months of employment.

Supervises and monitors key control.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Methods, procedures and techniques used in operating jailhouse security systems.

Modern office/clerical and administrative practices, procedures and methods related to operating jailhouse security systems.

Providing policy direction and guidance to DHS management and staff;

A Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice or safety management or a related human services field;

Budget and contract management; and

Experience with Conservators of Peace;

Experience overseeing a security program;

Working with vulnerable populations, such as people with developmental disabilities, metal health challenges or substance use disorder;

1-3 years of professional experience in IT security-related areas, such as SOD, risk management, compliance and governance, and auditing.

Assist with the management of the IT Security department project and program portfolio

Facilitate in the creation and education of IT Security policies for the organization

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience from an accredited college/university.

Knowledge about cybersecurity processes and frameworks, data privacy concepts, networking and infrastructure terminology, and general technology concepts.

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree OR associate degree and three years’ experience OR High School and 10 years’ experience.

Working knowledge of investigative techniques and criminal procedure.

Working knowledge of risk assessments.

Recommend appropriate security personnel levels /equipment and that the appropriate security measures are in place in Company facilities.

Develop and coordinate all facets of physical security including equipment, procedures and methods pertaining to the protection of personnel and facilities.

Direct and coordinate investigations with appropriate company personnel, contractors, and local law enforcement officials as appropriate.

Help create and maintain documentation as it relates to the commitments outlined in most recent SAFETY Act certification.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the security industry, working with security technology.

Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Review security incident reports following each game/event to determine if there is applicable video surveillance to save to accompany these reports.
