Assist the Director of Claims and Litigation and outside defense counsel in gathering information for document production and interrogatories
Maintain calendars of response deadlines for personal injury and premises litigation and demand letters
Identify and contact individuals with responsive documents/information and conduct electronic searches of internal files
Provide support for the execution of affidavits, declarations, and discovery verifications
