Job Description
Employer: Join our team and gain valuable experience as a Junior Litigation Paralegal. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Claims and Litigation, providing support to our attorneys in various aspects of litigation. This role will allow you to enhance your skills in legal research, document management, and case preparation. Apply today and become a vital part of our successful legal team.


Duties And Responsibilities


  • Maintain calendars of response deadlines for personal injury and premises litigation and demand letters
  • Assist the Director of Claims and Litigation and outside defense counsel in gathering information for document production and interrogatories
  • Provide support for the execution of affidavits, declarations, and discovery verifications
  • Identify and contact individuals with responsive documents/information and conduct electronic searches of internal files
  • Analyze discovery requests for personal injury product and premises litigation
