Securities Litigation Paralegal Jobs in Connecticut

2-4+ years' experience as a litigation paralegal in a private law firm

Strong litigation background and skills

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Competency on NetDocuments (or other document manager), MS Office, Adobe PDF

Experience with class actions a plus

Communicate timely, effectively, and professionally with court personnel, opposing counsel, co-workers, and others

Minimum 3-5 years Litigation Paralegal experience or general knowledge of litigation/bankruptcy proceedings.

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Secondary education or some college a plus

Knowledge of Real Estate and/or Creditors’ Rights is a plus

Prepare and format memoranda, correspondence, and other legal credentials. Independently draft standard routine pleadings, correspondence, and other documents

Read and electronically profile e-mails

File pleadings electronically with courts
