Seasonal Park Customer Service Associate Jobs

Strong organizational skills are required to meet changing business requirements and to effectively perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of computer based-systems, Internet, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) required.

Good verbal and written skills required.

Prior Corporate Sales, HD Call Center and/or Customer Service experience preferred.

Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and have great telephone skills.

Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is required.

Navigate order management systems to process orders and support customer relationships

Brainstorm ways to create out-of-this-world customer experiences with your manager and team members

Provide styling advice to customers with a strong knowledge of products

1+ year(s) of experience in E-commerce Customer Service

Experience with jewelry or luxury brands is a plus

Experience using Kustomer is a plus

Ability to use Point of Sale System (POS), Online Management System (OMS), and a computer.

Good skills working with the public and interacting with people of all ages, interests, viewpoints, and backgrounds.

Adequate math knowledge to accurately perform routine daily functions of the park to include balancing and recording daily sales receipts.
