Seasonal Operations Coordinator Jobs in Florida

Work with SAP and with finance team on all invoices related to events

Support the stores in developing new initiatives and create recommendations towards such initiatives

Work hand in hand with approved vendors on briefs and details of events needs

Liaise with Legal Department to obtain contracts needed for each vendor/event

Work with store team on all logistics related to each event

Help with the coordination of some internal events when needed

Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.

Participates in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of overall unit condition.

Helps to keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.

All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities!

Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start.
