Overview The Seasonal Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This position is typically a short-term, seasonal role that assists with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Detailed Job Description The Seasonal Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This includes assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. The Seasonal Human Resources Assistant will also assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and provide general administrative support to the HR team. Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
