Facilitate team level agile processes and release train execution around requirements definition, scope, and delivery.

Resolve team level impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement throughout the delivery teams and lifecycle.

Work with multiple in-house and external Scrum teams that are enterprise-wide to remove impediments and manage dependencies. 15%

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Certification in a related project management process (PMI-PMP or PRINCE2) preferred.

Submits CR's (Change Requests) and SML's (System Maintenance Logs) as part of the change management process

Actively manage issues, risks and external dependencies drawing in squad members as appropriate

Manage Project Budget & Resource allocation

Manages Project Budget & Resource allocation and utilization

Manages clients/stakeholders (including subject matter experts from different Technical teams); determines needs, facilitates communication, and implements changes, where applicable.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Leadership abilities and a passion for Agile methodologies.

Remove Obstacles: Identify and resolve team impediments, ensuring smooth workflow. Provide recommendations for changes to improve team productivity.

Agile Advocacy: Act as an advocate for Agile practices and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Familiarity with SAFe is a plus.

Excellent time management, attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Conduct ongoing IT audit tests as part of organization’s risk management protocols.

Identify areas where we can improve delivery, increase velocity, and have a better overall user experience.

Knowledge of standard PM tools (MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office Suite)

Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

3-5 years of experience, with at least one internship involving work managing projects in an Agile environment.

Minimum of 6-8 years software delivery management experience; startup and leading tech experience a big plus.

LOCATION: Remote-United States and Canada only (TimeZone: PST/CIST | Full day overlap)

Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to facilitate the delivery process; comfortable partnering with remote product delivery teams.

Track, manage, and report on program health to internal leaders, including escalating known dependencies, risk, or issues to be unblocked.

Manage access across various systems and applications

4+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams on Technology projects

Experience with applications such as JIRA, Google Workspace, BitBucket, Slack, etc. (or similar)

Agile professional certifications (CSM, PSM, CSP, SSM)

Experience working at a fast-growing SaaS company

Collaborate with team members, but do not act as a manager, lead developer, Project Manager, or Product Owner
