4 - 6 years in the communications field with a vast knowledge of immunotherapy

Compile CRI’s annual report (scientific content), annual impact report, and monthly news updates

P repares seed potatoes for planting in our research and seed plots. May also prepare materials for planting of other crops.

Prepares and plants research materials and plots in the greenhouse and field.

Collects samples and data from research plots.

Maintains high quality seed potato and research plots in the field and greenhouse.

Prepares research materials so that research plots can be planted, sampled and harvested.

Harvests field and greenhouse plots.

Contract processing, including liaison with legal and finance

Prior Experience supporting a team in tech, biotech or medical device environment

Experience with Concur on Similar expense reporting systems is desirable

Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations.

Assist in updating the department newsletter/website.

Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and events

Assist in the management, organization and data retention of regulatory files

Microsoft Office Suite experience required. SharePoint or other document housing software experience strongly preferred

Adobe InDesign experience strongly preferred

Ability to work in a Cross functional team to collect registration and supporting documents

Ensure registration and reporting documents are accurate and error-free

Ensure payment and documents are provided on time: track check requests & payments, credit card payments, & file spend reports
