Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional/Curriculum Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment,

Effectively assist Project Manager in completing applications for industry L&D reward programs and administer the application process

Research and analyze content requirements, including state educational standards

Write and review clear, engaging assessment items to address specified educational objectives in either K-5 or 6-12 math

Collaborate with curriculum designers, psychometricians, program managers, and company leaders to determine assessment scope and approach

Develop and manage project plans to create and deliver high-quality assessment items

2+ years' experience writing items for widely-used assessments

K-12 math teaching or tutoring experience

Consult with other curriculum designers to ensure content is age-appropriate and meets educational objectives

Collaborate with visual designers, curriculum managers, and company leaders to determine appropriate instructional approaches

Develop and manage project plans to create and deliver high-quality math content

Research and analyze content requirements and strategies

K–5 math teaching experience - experience as math coach or math supervisor is a plus

Experience in curriculum development and instructional design

Research and analyze content requirements, including domestic and international educational standards

Design and write clear, engaging, interactive math problems to meet specified educational objectives

Develop and manage project plans to create and deliver high-quality math content

K-12 math teaching or tutoring experience

Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills

Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus
