End of season closing and equipment inventory and management.

Minimum time in related position- 2+ years in a Ski and Ride School supervisory/management position.

Review daily and weekly sales and schedule staff to specific programs as needed and alter program inventory.

Enter proper hours for work completed. Administer payroll time card and activity entry.

Assist and communicate with guests throughout the day. Handle all inquiries and complaints in a professional and competent manner.

Follow procedures regarding accident and incidents. Responsible for proper documentation.

The supervisor should be in contact with other departments to ensure accurate information flow.

Implement appropriate behavior management strategies and techniques.

Minimum 3 months paid experience working with students with disabilities.

Assist with the implementation of each student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Assist students during participation in special subjects such as physical education, vocational programs and field trips.

Must have knowledge of common behavioral disorders exhibited by children and adolescents.

Must have strong communication skills.

Implement appropriate behavior management strategies and techniques.

Provides emergency medical care when needed
